Periodic lag spikes and a Wireless FiXP replacement
When I moved house and was forced to use Windows XP wireless networking, I suffered intermittent lag spikes every twenty seconds during online gaming. Turns out the culprit was Wireless Zero Configuration service. This website offers a working solution.

iPod Software PoddoX, iTunes alternative
